'Z' Elevator vertical conveyor type conveyor is primarily used to transfer material such as grains, pulses, namkeen, wafers and more. The mentioned items are transferred from the floor level to the required height and distance. The bucket capacity is 4 litres and the material feeding height is around 500 mm.

'Z' Elevator vertical conveyor of the 'Z' Type conveyor is made up of food grade reinforced polycarbonate and the chain is of harden high carbon steel material with Delrin roller that ensures low friction. The Z Type vertical conveyor are ideally designed for gentle handling and quiet operation in Food, Grain, Nuts, Dry Chemical etc.

These can also be integrated with horizontal or Inclined trough belt conveyor system for fast and efficient movement & handling of raw material.

'Z' elevator vertical conveyor is used for horizontal-vertical-horizontal combined conveying of powder, bulk particles or fragile products.

The 'Z' type conveyor conveys the material through the hopper hung on the chain. As the chain is lifted to the top, it bypasses the upper wheel and then turns downward.

The discharge device at the discharge port completes single-point or multi-point discharge (multiple Point unloading is not multi-point simultaneous unloading). In addition, 'Z' type conveyor are generally equipped with elevator shell plates to prevent dust from flying in the bucket conveyor.
